Lucy Mills

Lucy joined the SMART team in February 2023 after completing her Post-Graduate Diploma at Hartpury university. Prior to this Lucy was a human physiotherapist for 6 years and worked in the NHS as a Senior MSk Specialist. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council, the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Animal Therapy.
Lucy has a special interest in canine conditioning and rehabilitative exercise programming and is currently undertaking a research project into the effects of specific exercises and hopes to gain her Masters qualification this summer.
Outside of work Lucy enjoys travel, surfing and agility training with her rescued street dog Bambi.
